No two mothers can particularly say that both have experienced the same symptoms. In fact, others went through their pregnancy without having to go through morning sickness, drowsiness and cravings. Nevertheless, a greater majority of pregnant women have, at one time or another experienced the following pregnancy symptoms during the first trimester:

A lot of bodily changes will take place during the first trimester but none as obvious as swelling of the breasts. You will notice the fullness of your bosom and your nipples will become firmer. Others have experienced a certain kind of itchiness. These changes should not wary you because this is the body’s way of preparing it for lactation.

You will notice how fast your heart beats and pumps. Do not worry because you are not dealing with a serious heart problem. Instead, this is just another pregnancy symptom which results from an unusual fatigue. Again, your body is not used to having an extra weight, thus, it is adjusting to the extra weight a baby in your womb brings. It will help if you rest a little bit and get enough sleep. Even during daytime, you can take a short nap inorder to be rejuventated and energized.
